Your FIRST Pull-up is just around the corner!

This challenge is designed for those wanting to get their first pull-up or develop their current pull-up further (those with under 5). The program is build in 3 progressive phases (3x 1 month blocks) of training, all of which include a 2x/week commitment (for 30-40min each session). Each month will begin with a group training session with Coach Chad, if you can not make videos and emails will be sent with the programming details to allow all to take part. The program is built to accommodate all levels of experience and strength by including methods and protocols such as; Eccentrics, Isometrics, basic tempo work, and yielding isometrics.
